1. Pre-Construction

  • Initial consultation to establish relationship and understand clients vision

  • Help client connect with a design professional to begin design and budget development

  • Finalize design, initial choices and contract specifications

  • Proceed to permitting, financing, and approvals

2. Construction

  • Stake lot, establish grades, break ground

  • Schedule, supervise, and direct work

  • Procure materials and supplies

  • Walk-throughs and finalize designs at each phase

  • Implement change orders or modifications

3. Final Steps

  • Construction is complete 

  • Final inspection and certificate of occupancy

  • Complete cleaning and remove debris

  • Final owner walk-through, review systems

  • Hand over keys, move in

4. Post-Construction

  • Necessary corrections and repairs

  • Service after the build 

  • Help owner understand maintenance and systems
